What we do

Engine Building

Whether it's a 1500HP 2JZ drag monster or a daily driver, we've built, tuned, and installed all types of engines. Except for machining, all our engine work is done in-house, thanks to our experienced engine specialist.

Each engine benefits from the same tried-and-true method:

1. We categorize and deep clean every part;

2. The engine block gets a fresh coat of KBS Motor coater paint, built for durability, and a smooth finish;

3. All engine accessories get either replaced, or renewed;

3. We carefully assemble the block in our dust-free engine room;

4. Each bolt and stud is torqued to spec and marked;

5. Once the assembly is complete, we prime the engine with break-in oil on the bench;

6. Your engine is then ready to be reinstalled in its rightful place!

This MKIV Supra has received the entire Perfect Tuning treament: Fully built 3.4L stroker block, CNC ported head with custom cams, in-house wiring harness, and fully custom fabrication from front to back. We've also installed a 8HP70 transmission thanks to our very own 2JZ to 8HP adapter kit.

This 04 Infiniti G35 is one of the most powerful VQs in Quebec. Fully built in-house, and with a JWT twin-turbo kit, we restored and improved this châssis to its former glory. New suspension, new brakes, new interior; there isn't a single part we didn't touch.

Supposedly "freshly rebuilt", this RB25 arrived to us in terrible shape due to assembling mistakes and overall neglect. So we started anew. With a fresh coat of paint, and new internals, it now runs like a dream in its Skyline body.

Custom Wiring

Wiring has been our specialty since the beginning. That means, that whatever you can possibly want, we can accomplish.

What makes our wiring work stand out:

1. We exclusively use TEFZEL milspec wiring and DTM connectors for maximum flexibility and durability, whilst minimizing thickness;

2. Our entire harnesses are loomed with flame retardant material. Each joint is then heat shrunk;

3. All our wires are individually labeled for ease of diagnostic, and maintenance.

4. Every harness we produce comes with its own KiCad wiring diagram, which we used to fabricate it.

This Supra drift car was in dire need of a wiring refresh, so we took it one step further. The custom fuse panel holds everything the client needs easy access to. Additionnally, the entire wiring is documented, and labeled for maintenance ease.

This wiring harness was built for a one-of-a-kind Austin Mini with a turbo Hayabuse engine. Built from the ground up, the harness is built to endure the toughest racing conditions. Once again, a KICAD drawing was done, and shared, to easily understand the function of each wire.

As mentionned, all our wires are not only documented, but also labeled. We exclusvively use TEFZEL wire and DTM connectors, ensuring the best quality harness, whilst minimizing its bulkiness.

Stainless, Aluminum and Titanium Fabrication

We are incredibly grateful of the team that makes Perfect Tuning, and our fabricator is no exception. His incredible talents continuously push the boundary of what's possible. Want a custom tubular manifold? No problem! Want a custom 8-to-1 titanium header for your LS engine swap? We can guarantee perfection. Additionally, all our exhausts come with a lifetime warranty for ease of mind.

We performed an LS3 engine swap for a clients Scion FR-S. Such a special swap demanded an equally special exhaust!

Nothing sings quite like the Audi 5.2L V10, and it deserves to be heard. Our master fabricator drew up this true X-Pipe 2.5" exhaust from the ground up. Forty hours later, it had come to life. All our exhausts are made with either 304 stainless steel or titanium and exclusively Vibrant Performance parts.

We also are able to tune with HPTuners, UpRev, VFTuner, Neuro and more and we also do bench flash.

We have a 2wd Mustang Dyno MD1100SE in house rated for 2500HP. We also have access to an AWD dyno if needed.
